Welcome to Aquavis.id (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of goldfish and related products through our WhatsApp checkout process. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.
Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security.
Prohibited Conduct: You may not misuse the website (e.g., fraud, spam, unauthorized access).
Accuracy: We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but minor variations may occur.
Pricing: All prices are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and subject to change without notice.
Availability: Goldfish stocks are limited; we reserve the right to cancel orders if unavailable.
Order Placement: Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after discussion (quantity, pricing, shipping).
Payment: You will receive payment instructions via WhatsApp (bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.).
Order Confirmation: Your purchase is final once payment is verified.
Shipping Areas: Currently serving [list regions/cities, if applicable].
Delivery Time: Estimated shipping times will be provided based on location.
Risk of Loss: Responsibility transfers to you upon delivery. Inspect fish upon arrival.
We prioritize the health and safe delivery of our goldfish. In the rare event of DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will resolve the issue fairly and promptly through the following steps:
Immediate Notification:
You must notify us within 1 hour of delivery via WhatsApp, accompanied by:
Clear photos/videos of the unopened bag.
Proof of delivery (courier receipt/time stamp).
Assessment & Resolution:
We will review the evidence and respond within 24 hours.
If DOA is confirmed, we will offer either:
A replacement fish (subject to availability).
A partial/full refund (excluding shipping costs, unless the error is on our side).
Goodwill Resolution:
We value our customers and aim for a mutually agreeable solution in all cases.
If there are disputes (e.g., delayed reporting), we will work with you to find a fair compromise.
Note: We cannot accept DOA claims if the package was left unattended for extended periods or improperly handled after delivery.
We are not liable for:
Mishandling or improper care after delivery.
Delays due to courier issues or unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes).
Minor color/pattern variations from product images.
All content (logos, images, text) on Aquavis.id is owned by us and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in [specify jurisdiction, e.g., Jakarta courts].
